Jim Moody
A native of the area, Jim spent his childhood and early adult years in Idaho County. He spent 15 years living and working in Wyoming, returning to Grangeville in 1992. Jim is married to Susan and are celebrating 23 years of marriage.
Jim represents one of the most productive, consistent and successful agents in the real estate business in the north Central Idaho region and has closed over 1000 transactions worth tens of millions of dollars. Combined with his wife Susan’s career as a real estate broker, they share over 50 years of experience in the business.
